You will be provided a brief Information Memorandum for any additional vertical options requested
You will be provided options how to engage and secure the project for your sole discretion

Engagement to Execute and Fund

Once the option fee and/or Design Development and Project Management fee are paid
The specific Solar Project location is ready to start and is taken off the currently sourcing eligible funding registrar
Project and Management team allocated and informed to Proceed project to completion and hand over
Equity, Debt and/or Supply agreements and documents completed
Funding made available on Draw down schedule as per contracts

The strategic relationships between Bitmain and Megalith Financial Group will help maximize the sales & revenue for BITMAIN in Oceania region, and promote the brand awareness also support the local distribution, MFG will organise Conferences and event management for BITMAIN Marketing & sales for BITMAIN products & services in Oceania region, act as the local contact for BITMAIN, and support BITMAIN’s R&D initiatives

Hall Capital Finance Group Co., Ltd. is the trustee of the fund (Australian Financial Services License Number: 518039). The fund is Megalith Asset Management’s unit trust is an Australian Registered management fund (ABN:29 654 680 878) with the AFS Authorized Rep Number 001293486. The fund manager will be responsible for implementing all investments.We are committed to building a sustainable and environmentally friendly community.

Sustainability

At this stage, Bitcoin mining is estimated to consume 0.6% of global electricity consumption, and the annual consumption is about 130 TWh of energy.
We are committed to building a sustainable and environmentally friendly community. In project operations, MEGA will continue to increase the proportion of green energy use, purchase more green energy to reduce carbon emissions, and will use 100% green energy for mining in the next 10 years.
