Make a better crypto industry

Megalith Asset Management is a digital asset and infrastructural management firm. We are Australia’s first Crypto Mining service provider with licensed financial funds.

We are a group of people passionate about disruptive innovation in the blockchain industry, combining deep knowhow in the financial, economic, engineering, and other management practices applied to virtual and physical assets associated with cryptographic digital assets.

Management Team

Jerry Zhu

Jerry has 15 years’ management experience across Solar, digital currency Exchange, fund management. He previously managed large projects across various industries including financial services, technology, and energy.

Victor Huang

Victor is an experienced serial entrepreneur for 23 years. He’s the Cornerstone Investor of bitcoin mining firm BCG in 2015; Chairman of Ultimo Digital Technology Pty Ltd; Member of the Chinese Institute of Electronics Blockchain Chapter and currently involves as the Director of Australian Megalith Financial Group.

Victor Jiang

Victor is an experienced serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist, focus on fintech, blockchain and online marketplace ventures. He is the Co-founder of Sapien Ventures, Sapien Asset Management and Sun Ocean Capital and led multiple successful investment project includes ASC listed company Airtasker, Hashching, blockchain companies CivicLedger, UCOT, Linqto etc.

John Zhong

John is a chartered electrical engineer and project manager and works in a variety of roles for leading consulting companies, developer including project management, project development, EPC, O&M and technical analysis. He has more than 12 years of experience in managing and delivering projects in a variety of engineering industries, including energy and resource, power generation, distribution and sub-transmission network.

Jojo Jiang

Jojo has over 5 years’ experience as an investor and a chief operating officer in the blockchain industry. She previously led multiple projects on the internet, cryptocurrency mining and investment industries (e.g., Youa China Mining Co., Ltd).
Jojo is a close collaborator with industry leading companies including Binance, Canaan and Bitmain.

Incorporated in 2010, Sinosolar is an Australian company that is a wholesale distributor of Solar PV panels, solar inverters, components and complete solar systems. Sinosolar supply a National network of customers that are located in every state and territory of Australia and specialised in energy efficiency technology, solar farm.
